All are welcome to visit the Monastery of San Benedetto, though our space is very limited at present and accommodations at a local hotel may be necessary. Pilgrims and pilgrimage groups are always welcome. Though Norcia is only 2.5 hours (by car) northeast of Rome, one cannot reach it directly by train.
By Train
Train to the station in Spoleto, and there are buses departing for Norcia regularly. Please inquire at the local station. The trip is approximately 1 hour.
